During his year as FLC President, Mayor Michael C. Blake is focusing on bolstering and expanding cities’ existing recruitment strategies. FLCityJobs is a member resource that simplifies and streamlines the process of finding the dedicated employees your community needs to thrive.

This new online platform replaces our existing portal and offers several key enhancements to enhance your recruitment process including:

  • Self-administration: Independently post and manage your city’s job listings, following approval by FLC staff.   
  • Turnkey import system: Save time by automatically importing key details from an external link. 
  • Data-driven insights: Track where applicants are coming from and refine your recruitment strategies with built-in analytics.
