Surviving Rollback

The panel will explain the basics of millage rollback, and how it impacts a City or County’s annual budget. These seasoned managers will talk about educating elected officials and the public on the challenges of balancing the budget, keeping their wish list items, and achieving rollback.  They will also point out the long-term implications of limiting revenue including impacts on capital maintenance and increasing debt payments.
