HB 215 (Rayner-Goolsby) and HB 456 (Berman) prohibit the possession or use of a firearm in "sensitive locations." The bills define a sensitive location as numerous public facilities including but not limited to buildings or facilities owned, leased or operated by government entities, including public transportation.
