CS/SB 7002 (Environment and Natural Resources Committee) and HB 7027 (Water Quality, Supply & Treatment Subcommittee) ratify rules relating to the standards for on-site sewage treatment and disposal systems and for domestic wastewater facility planning for facilities expansion, collection/transmission systems and an operation and maintenance manual.
