HB 7007 (Ethics, Elections & Open Government Subcommittee) saves from repeal the public record and public meeting exemption for security or firesafety system plans for any property owned by or leased to the state or any of its political subdivisions or for any privately owned or leased property held by an agency, information related to such systems, as well as any portion of a meeting relating directly to or that would reveal such systems, plans or information.
