HB 1281 (Buchanan) and SB 1256 (Collins) prohibit a local government from enacting or enforcing an ordinance, resolution, rule, code or policy, or from taking any action that restricts or prohibits or has the effect of restricting or prohibiting the use of any major appliances, including stoves and gas grills.
