HB 847 (Stark) provides that structures associated with a dock or structures wholly contained within a boat slip that does not exceed 500 square feet (or 200 feet in an Outstanding Florida Water) as specified in Section 403.813(1)(s)2., Florida Statutes, create a presumption of compliance with certain environmental impact requirements of the Florida Department of Environmental Protection.
