CS/CS/CS/HB 1439 (Toledo) and CS/CS/SB 772 (Diaz) are comprehensive bills addressing how certain crimes are handled. Of importance to cities, the bills prohibit vacation rental operators from offering an hourly rate for an accommodation. CS/CS/SB 772 passed the Senate (38-0) and is now awaiting action by the House.
