SB 98 (Burgess) creates the Emergency Preparedness and Response Fund within the Executive Office of the Governor. CS/SB 96 (Burgess) authorizes the Legislative Budget Commission (LBC) to convene to transfer or appropriate funds to the Emergency Preparedness Response Fund.
