CS/SB 638 (Montford) and CS/HB 1347 (Shoaf) direct that for a five-year period starting in the 2020-2021 fiscal year, at least $5 million of Florida Forever proceeds shall be directed to projects to improve surface water and groundwater quality within the Apalachicola Bay Area of Critical State Concern.
