HB 365 (Watson, B.) amends the definition of “qualifying improvements” under the Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) Program to include sewage treatment and seawall improvements. PACE is a means for property owners to voluntarily finance private property improvements related to renewable energy and energy efficiency through assessments levied on their property tax bill.
